Calculating the average value for the wastegate valve's stroke









Calculate the average value by adding the read off stroke at the pressure increase (Depressurized to check pressure) with the read off value at the pressure reduction (Maximum pressure to check pressure), divide by 2.
For example: Read off stroke at pressure increase (Depressurized to check pressure) 5.7 mm. Read off stroke at pressure reduction (Maximum pressure to check pressure) : 8.3 mm. Average value = (5.7+ 8.3) / 2 = 7 mm
