Removal

Perform cooling system draining, charging and bleeding Refer to: Cooling system - draining, charging and bleeding, B6304T4 Service and Repair









Remove the catalytic converter Refer to: Catalytic converter, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD Service and Repair








Torque: M6, 10 Nm









Warning! Be prepared to collect escaping fluid.

Torque: Coolant pipe to turbocharger, 38 Nm




Torque: M8, 24 Nm




Torque: Oil pressure pipe to the turbocharger, 38 Nm








Torque: Turbo to exhaust manifold Stage 1: 5 Nm Stage 2: 30 Nm

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
