INTRODUCTION
- Read through all of the instructions before starting installation.
- Notifications and warning texts are for your safety and to minimize the risk of something breaking during installation.
- Ensure that all tools stated in the instructions are available before starting installation.
- Certain steps in the instructions are only presented in the form of images. Explanatory text is also given for more complicated steps.
- In the event of any problems with the instructions or the accessory, contact your local Volvo dealer.

Caution! Wait at least one minute before unplugging the connectors or removing other electrical equipment.





- Remove the panel. Disconnect any connectors.





- Remove the screws.






Note! The clips consist of two parts.














- Unplug the connectors.
- Remove the panel.

Applies when replacing the control module.









- Unplug the connectors.





- Component(s) must not be reused.










- Plug in the connectors.

- Remove the glass from the mirror.

Caution! Observe caution, the glass is easily breakable.

Use special tool: 9997390 Wedge





- Unplug the connectors.





- Remove the component carefully.





- Release the catches.
- Unplug the connector.





- Loosen the screw(s).





- Release the catches.





- Remove the motor unit.





- Disconnect the connector(s).





- Remove the cable harness clip (1).
- Unplug the connector (2).





- Remove the screws.





- Component(s) must not be reused.





- Reinstall the detached components in reverse order.





- Connect the connector. Repeat all method steps for the other side.
