Check that the latest available software for the phone module (PHM) is downloaded into the vehicle by purchasing an "upgrade" for the relevant control module.
If an "upgrade" is available, continue to download the software according to the routine.
If an "upgrade" is not available this could mean that the latest available software has already been installed in the vehicle. In order to find out why purchase was not permitted, mark the line for the relevant software purchase and click on "Details".

Note! The corrective action above does not replace the electrical fault-tracings which are connected to the symptom.After checking the software, it is important to carry out a function check to verify that the problem has been remedied.
