Checking the power supply

Checking the components and wiring
Check that the fuse for the Phone module (PHM) is intact. For fuse position, see wiring diagram in question.
Measure the voltage between terminal #C1:5 (#5) and #C1:6 (#6). The voltage must be approximately 12 V.
Remedy as necessary.
