Checking the address book
Doubles in the address book may make it seem like menu navigation in the address book does not work. This problem may arise if the user has copied the entire address book on the SIM card more than once.
Check that there are doubles/triples in the address book by removing the SIM-card and inserting it in a mobile phone.
Remedy as necessary.

If the user feels menu navigation is slow, the following information should be observed/provided to create a better understanding of telephone system characteristics.
- When temperatures are low, the display is more sluggish and menu navigation is slower than usual.
- Menu navigation via the steering wheel buttons reacts a bit slower than the buttons on Climate control module (CCM).
- In some cases, it may take up to 3-4 minutes to copy the address book. The message "Please wait" appears during this time. Copying time varies based on the number of items in the user address book.
- When started, the phone module (PHM) loads the address book from the SIM card. During this time, the user does not have access to the address book.
