Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information

Condition

Note! This trouble code is only relevant for troubleshooting and action in the following cases:

- The trouble code is active in the present driving cycle and has been active for a longer period of time.
- The customer experiences malfunction that can be attributed to the trouble code.




Central electronic module (CEM) compares the voltage to the Phone module (PHM) with the voltage to the Central electronic module (CEM).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The voltage differs more than 2 V.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition switch position II.
- Battery voltage between 9 - 16 V.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

Substitute value
- None.

Possible source
- Contact resistance or oxidation in the terminals.
- Damaged supply voltage cable.
