Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information DEM-U300362

Condition

Note! This trouble code is only relevant for troubleshooting and action in the following cases:

- The trouble code is active in the present driving cycle and has been active for a longer period of time.
- The customer experiences malfunction that can be attributed to the trouble code.
The Differential electronic module (DEM) continuously checks its power supply. The control module compares the power supply to the Central electronic module (CEM) to its own power supply. Information about the power supply to the Central electronic module (CEM) comes from the CAN network.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Voltage of differential electronic module (DEM) is 2 V lower than voltage to central electronic module (CEM).
- Incorrect value runs longer than 10 seconds.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts when:
- Data has been received from the central electronic module (CEM).

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
