Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information KVM-U300281

Condition
Keyless vehicle module (KVM) compares its configuration with the vehicle configuration stored in the Central electronic module (CEM).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Keyless vehicle module (KVM) detects that the VIN-number that has been stored in the control module does not match with the VIN-number sent out on the CAN-net from central electronic module (CEM).
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition switch position II.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
