Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information PBM-U210000

Condition
Park Brake Module (PBM) receives information about vehicle configuration in question from central electronic module (CEM).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Vehicle configuration from central electronic module (CEM) is lost.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition switch position II.

- None.

Possible source

- Fault-trace in transmitting control module.

Hint: This fault code can also be set if read-in of vehicle configuration done in connection with software download is not performed correctly. See troubleshooting according to PBM-U210100.
