Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information ICM-U019800

Condition
The infotainment control module (ICM) checks the communication with the phone module (PHM).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Malfunction of communication with Phone Module (PHM).

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

Possible source
- Internal fault in the phone module (PHM).
- No phone module (PHM).
- Damaged fuse.
- Open-circuit in the MOST cable.
