Condition
The Differential electronic module (DEM) checks the performance of the oil pump. The current that goes through the oil pressure pump is dependent on the temperature of the oil.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The amperage through the oil pressure pump is too high.
- Incorrect value lasts longer than 5.5 minutes.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts when:
- The oil temperature is greater than 20 °C.
- The amperage is greater than 7.0 A.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
