Condition




Engine control module (ECM) checks the signals from the electronic throttle unit.
If engine control module (ECM) detects that feedback throttle position does not change, despite adjustment being performed, the diagnostic trouble code is generated.
The diagnostic trouble code can be diagnosed in specific operation situations.

Substitute value
- Cruise control turned off when malfunction is active.
- Feed to the electronic throttle unit shuts off, so that the throttle disc is turned to return position.

- The throttle binds or is blocked (for example, oil film, dust, ice, etc.)
- Incorrectly adapted electronic throttle unit.
- Damaged electronic throttle unit.
- Damaged engine control module (ECM).
