Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information TCM-P056200
Condition
The transmission control module (TCM) continuously monitors the voltage and compares it with a voltage value sent out on the CAN network by the central electronic module (CEM).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The system voltage is lower than 9.0 V.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Engine running.
Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
Substitute value
- Auxiliary program Emergency mode 5 in the transmission control module (TCM) has started.
Hint: Emergency mode in case of malfunction, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD, B5254T5, TF-80SC Emergency Mode In Case of Malfunction
Possible source
- Battery voltage too low.
- Contact resistance or oxidation in the connector on the transmission control model (TCM) or the gearbox.
- Internal fault in the transmission control module (TCM).
Fault symptom[s]
