Note! Forward facing radar must not be replaced.
Forward-sensing radar detects that the unit is/has been blocked or concealed. The cause of blockage may be driving in heavy rain or that wet snow or other objects have stuck in front of the forward sensing radar.
If the diagnostic trouble code is intermittent, this indicates that the radar has been hidden but no longer is hidden.
If the DTC is permanent, clean the surface in front of the forward facing camera.
The functions are started again when the vehicle is restarted.
A mechanical distortion may mean that the forward facing radar becomes more sensitive to dirt, snow and other external influences.
If necessary, perform mechanical calibration of the forward facing radar, see link below.
