Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition
As a precautionary measure in the event of a fault the Suspension module (SUM) can disconnect the return cables to the damper solenoids using an internal switch.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The insulation switch does not function as expected.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Engine on and vehicle speed over 2 km/h.
- The test is carried out every other operating cycle. The Suspension module (SUM) defines an operating cycle as ignition on and ignition off.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
