Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information CEM-B1D3524

Condition
The central electronic module (CEM) checks the signal from the hazard warning signal flasher switch.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Switch for flashing hazard lights has been activated for more than 60 seconds.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Control module supplied with power.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

- None.

Possible source
- Switch for flashing hazard lights stuck in active position.
- Damaged switch.
