Condition
Climate control module (CCM) checks the status of temperature sensor evaporator.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The signal from temperature sensor evaporator is high.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition switch position I and II.

Possible source
- Open circuit on the signal cable between the evaporator temperature sensor and the climate control module (CCM) or the signal cable is short circuited to supply voltage.
