Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition
The Driver/Passenger door module (DDM/PDM) continuously checks the window lift in the relevant front door via relay.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The relay for window motor down is inactive even though it should be active.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Control module supplied with power.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.





Substitute value
- The control module activates the relay for window lift up.

Possible source
- The window lift has been operated using the diagnostic tool.
- Relay has stuck in the active position.
