Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition

Note! This fault code can only be set in the factory.

The control module left rear door/right rear door (LDM/RDM) supplies the LED indicator for lock status (locked/unlocked) in the central locking button, and supplies the driver's door/passenger door (DDM/PDM) control module with information.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Voltage on the signal cable is too high.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Control module supplied with power.
- The control module attempts to light the LED indicator.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.





Substitute value
- None.

Possible source
- Short-circuit to battery voltage in the power supply.
- Open-circuit in the power supply cable.
- Contact resistance, oxidation or poor contact in connections.
