Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information CCM-B103087

Condition
Seat heating module (SHM), in left front seat, sends information about status to Climate control module (CCM).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Seat heating module (SHM) does not answer.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition switch position II.

- None.

Possible source
- Lost voltage feed or problem with ground connection.
- Failure of the part of LIN-bus 1 that connects Climate control module (CCM) to Seat heating module (SHM) in left front seat ,and the connector on the climate module.
- Internal fault in Seat heating module (SHM).

- Front seat heating does not operate
