Note! Check that the locating pin on the crankshaft is positioned opposite the hole in the carrier plate

Install 3 clevis pins from 999 5678 Special screw

Locate gear sector 999 5112 against the flexplate

Pull the flexplate against the crankshaft using the 3 x nuts belonging to 999 5678 Special screw

Caution! The carrier plate must lie against the crankshaft flange before the screws are installed

Install 7 new screws
Step 1 45 Nm
Step 2 Tighten 50°

Remove the 3 nuts and the studs

Install 3 new screws
Step 1 45 Nm
Step 2 Tighten 50°
