Removal

Perform battery disconnecting and connecting
Perform cooling system draining, charging and bleeding Refer to: Cooling system - draining, charging and bleeding, B5254T7 Service and Repair
Remove the catalytic converter Refer to: Catalytic converter, B5254T7 Service and Repair
Caution! Make sure that the inside of the pipe ends are clean and free of oil residue.

Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Torque: M8, 24 Nm
Torque: Coolant pipe to turbocharger, 38 Nm
1. Torque: Oil pressure pipe to the turbocharger, 26 Nm
2. Torque: Crankcase connection-turbocharger, 25 Nm
Torque: M6, 10 Nm
Torque: M8, 24 Nm
Installation
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
