Checking lamps and needles

Activating lamps




- Ignition on
- Activate the system test procedures and check whether the relevant needle or lamp operates correctly. All indicators sweep once from min. to max. and back again. All lamps apart from the malfunction indicator lamp flash at 1 Hz.
The light level in the driver information module (DIM) is also checked.
All segments in the driver information module (DIM) flash.
Remedy as necessary
