Fault-tracing

Note! This symptom troubleshooting only applies to vehicles with the function Automatic start/stop of engine.

When restarting after autostop (hot crank) low battery voltage can lead to noise or diminishing of audio in the loudspeakers.

Action
Check the status of both batteries and cable harness. See fault tracing for support battery in CEM; CEM-1A10 and CEM-1A11.

Fault symptom

- Speakers/Crackly sound
- Speakers/Does not work
- Front/rear park assist/Does not work
