Preparatory work

Remove the wheel.
Remove the sub-frame.

Removal

Removing front sub-frame bushing




Press the control arm into place.
Install the hydraulic cylinder.
Use: 999 7054 Adapter incl. 2x MC6C M6X12 999 7054 Adapter Incl. 2X MC6C M6X12 with: 999 7034 Connecting rod M12X400 999 7034 Connecting Rod M12X400 , nut M12: 999 7132 Nut M12 999 7132 Nut M12 , socket: 999 7131 Socket 999 7131 Socket and drift: 999 7130 Drift 999 7130 Drift.
Pull the bushing out.

Removing rear sub-frame bushing




Press the control arm into place.
Install the hydraulic cylinder.
Use: 999 7054 Adapter incl. 2x MC6C M6X12 999 7054 Adapter Incl. 2X MC6C M6X12 with: 999 7034 Connecting rod M12X400 999 7034 Connecting Rod M12X400 , nut M12: 999 7132 Nut M12 999 7132 Nut M12 , socket: 999 7136 Socket 999 7136 Socket and drift: 999 7135 Drift 999 7135 Drift.
Pull the bushing out.

Installation

Installing the front sub-frame bushing




Install the hydraulic cylinder.
Use: 999 7054 Adapter incl. 2x MC6C M6X12 999 7054 Adapter Incl. 2X MC6C M6X12 with: 999 7034 Connecting rod M12X400 999 7034 Connecting Rod M12X400 , nut: 999 7132 Nut M12 999 7132 Nut M12 , socket: 999 7134 Conical socket 999 7134 Conical Socket , lock ring: 999 7134 Conical socket 999 7134 Conical Socket and ring: 999 7133 Ring 999 7133 Ring.
Pull in the bushing until it is centered in the link arm. Pull the bushing in approximately halfway and then remove: 999 7134 Conical socket 999 7134 Conical Socket.
Then pull the bushing in so that it bottoms out against the flange

Installing rear sub-frame bushing




Install the control arm.
Use: 999 7054 Adapter incl. 2x MC6C M6X12 999 7054 Adapter Incl. 2X MC6C M6X12 with: 999 7034 Connecting rod M12X400 999 7034 Connecting Rod M12X400 , nut: 999 7132 Nut M12 999 7132 Nut M12 , socket: 999 7138 Conical socket 999 7138 Conical Socket , drift: 999 7135 Drift 999 7135 Drift lock ring: 999 7138 Conical socket 999 7138 Conical Socket and ring: 999 7137 Ring 999 7137 Ring.

Note! The bushings shall be installed with the markings in line across the length of the car.

Pull the bushing in approximately halfway and then remove: 999 7138 Conical socket 999 7138 Conical Socket.
Then pull the bushing in so that it bottoms out against the flange.

Finishing

Installing the sub-frame
Install the sub-frame.
Install the wheel according to: Wheels Service and Repair.
