AFFECTED VEHICLES

DESCRIPTION:
DTC (Diagnostic Trouble code) PAM-E010 will be set if the voltage supply to the PAM (Park Assist Module) is more than 2 Volts lower than the voltage supply to the CEM (Central Electronics Module). Due to a fault in the PAM software, conditions may occur as a result of which this DTC is set, even if nothing is wrong with the voltage supply.

This DTC shall be ignored if there are no functionality problems.

PRODUCT MODIFICATION:
The root cause of incorrect setting of this DTC has been identified and will be solved together with future changes in the PAM Software.

SERVICE:
Do not replace any parts or attempt to fault trace unless there are functionality problems. This is a SW fault.

A PAM upgrade should NOT be performed as an attempt to solve this problem. This document will be revised when the updated SW is available.
