Fault-tracing information
The customer experiences problems with synchronizing the telephone book or the calls list between certain mobile telephones and the Bluetooth phone module (BPM).
The Bluetooth phone module (BPM) can handle a maximum of 750 telephone numbers per synchronized mobile telephone.

Action
Go to the tab software and program the control module with the latest software.
Test synchronizing the telephone book between the mobile telephone and the Bluetooth phone module (BPM) to verify the results.
If the problem persists, check the number of received, missed or made calls in the calls lists. The telephone book cannot be synchronized if call lists transfer takes longer than 20 seconds. Erase calls from the calls lists for a better result.
