Condition




The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the transmission control module (TCM) registers that the power supply is too low or too high to guarantee the function of the control module.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the engine is running.

- Blocking adaptation
- Blocking lock-up
- Blocking slipping lock-up.

Possible source
- Battery voltage too low
- Contact resistance or oxidation in the connectors on the transmission control module (TCM) or transmission
- Internal fault in the transmission control module (TCM).

Fault symptom[s]
- Malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) lit
- General warning lamp lit.
