Condition




The steering wheel module (SWM) continuously checks the system components. The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module registers that the car is equipped with a rear windshield wiper but that the button for the rear windshield wiper function is missing.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the ignition is switched on.
