Condition




The Supplemental restraint system module (SRS) checks the signal from the side impact sensor in the right-hand door.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module registers an incorrect measurement range in the signal from the side impact sensor for longer than 2.5 seconds.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can only be diagnosed when the ignition is switched on (12 V). In other words, the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can only be diagnosed when the ignition is switched from position 0 to positions I, II or III.
