Condition




The supplemental restraint system module (SRS) checks the signal from the rear left seat belt tensioner.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the resistance in the ignition cable is between 1-6 ohms for longer than 2.5 seconds.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can only be diagnosed when the ignition is switched on (12 V). In other words, the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can only be diagnosed when the ignition is switched from position 0 to positions I, II or III.

- If the supplemental restraint system module (SRS) identifies that a rear left seat belt tensioner is installed, despite the control module being programmed that one is not installed.
