Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information HCM-2687

Condition
Headlamp Control Module (HCM) receives information about current steering angle from Steering wheel module (SWM).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Interrupted or missing communication with the Steering wheel module (SWM).
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Activated control module.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

- Limited functionality in the Headlamp Control Module (HCM) (Limp-home).
