Incorrect vehicle configuration (the control module is not intended for this vehicle, for example, it is a second-hand control module with different software/hardware).
Ensure that the control module has been correctly installed.
Download the latest software to Headlamp Control Module (HCM).
If the problem remains after software download, try with replacing the Headlamp Control Module (HCM).
