Checking components and wiring
Check the cable that relates to the diagnostic trouble code (DTC). Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage.
Check between:
- For diagnostic trouble code ECM-360C, ignition coil 1.
Engine Control Module (ECM) #A81 (#B21) and ignition coil #1.
- For diagnostic trouble code ECM-361C, ignition coil 2.
Engine Control Module (ECM) #A57 (#A57) and ignition coil #1.
- For diagnostic trouble code ECM-362C, ignition coil 3.
Engine Control Module (ECM) #A34 (#A34) and ignition coil #1.
- For diagnostic trouble code ECM-363C, ignition coil 4.
Engine Control Module (ECM) #A82 (#B22) and ignition coil #1.
- For diagnostic trouble code ECM-364C, ignition coil 5.
Engine Control Module (ECM) #A58 (#A58) and ignition coil #1.
Remedy as necessary.

- Reinstall the connectors, components etc.
- Start the engine. Allow the engine to idle.
Check that the engine is firing on all cylinders. If the engine idles unevenly, it is not running on all cylinders
