Signal too low

Checking the wiring








- Ignition off
- Disconnect the connector for the tailgate lock motor.
Check signal cable for a short-circuit to ground.
Take readings between:
- Central electronic module (CEM) terminal #C8 (#8) and tailgate lock motor terminal #A1.
Remedy as necessary.
