Condition
The central electronic module (CEM) checks the functions in the start inhibiting system. The start inhibiting system includes a number of control modules. When attempting to start, the central electronic module (CEM) checks the included components via encrypted communication. The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed in ignition positions 0, I, II and III.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the Central Electronic Module (CEM) receives an incorrect answer from the Keyless Vehicle Module (KVM).
