Condition




The diagnostic trouble code is generated if Climate control module (CCM) detects that end-positions for any Damper motor module (DMM) do not match the expected end-positions.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be detected in ignition position I or II (not ignition position III).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can only be diagnosed in conjunction with activation of a diagnostic function.

Possible source
- Blocked damper.
- Climate control unit calibrated at incorrect temperature.
- Internal fault in the Damper motor module (DMM).

Fault symptom[s]
- Mist on rear window and door mirrors
- Air flow problem
- Cabin temperature does not correspond to value set
- No recirculation
