Condition




The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the climate control module (CCM) detects a fault in the damper motor module (DMM) recirculation.
The climate control module (CCM) communicates with the damper motor module (DMM) recirculation via LIN bus 1 in right-hand drive cars and via LIN bus 2 in left-hand drive cars.
The damper motor module (DMM) transmits information to the climate control module (CCM) about status.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be detected at key positions 1 and 2 (not key position 3).
