Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information CCM-0021

Condition
The Climate control module (CCM) checks the status of the function buttons in the tunnel console.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- When a function button has been activated for more than two minutes.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition switch position I and II.

- None.

Possible source
- One or more function buttons are stuck in the pressed-in position.

Fault symptom[s]
- Buttons on keypad stuck/jammed
- Front/rear park assist/Does not work
- Blind spot information system (BLIS)/Does not work
