Condition





Note! The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) applies only to cars with dynamic stability and traction control (DSTC).

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the brake control module (BCM) registers that the supply voltage to the body sensor cluster stability sensor (BSC) is above approximately 17 V.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed at speeds above 20 km/h.

Substitute value
- Traction Control is blocked
- Stability Control is blocked
- Active yaw control is blocked.

Possible source
- Fault in the charging system
- Internal fault in the body sensor cluster stability sensor (BSC).

Note! This diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is not due to an internal hardware fault in the Brake control module (BCM) and must not be remedied by replacing the control module.

Fault symptom[s]
- The information lamp is lit
- Traction control does not function
- The stability control system does not function.
