DESCRIPTION:
The CCM(Climate Control Module) temperature, volume and tuning knobs may be stiff to
operate when the ambient temperature is low. As the car warms up the knobs become
easier to operate.
PRODUCT MODIFICATION:
Chrome ring has been corrected to better fit against the outer knob for temperature,
volume and tuning knobs. To reduce friction between the chrome ring and the outer knob, a special grease has been put on the chrome ring. Improved CCM's were introduced during structure week 201115.
SERVICE:
*If the above described symptom would occur, the CCM may need to be replaced.
