Removal

Drain cooling system, draining, filling, and bleeding Refer to: Cooling system - draining, charging and bleeding, B6304T4, B6324S5, B6324S4 Service and Repair

Remove the following items:
- air cleaner (ACL) housing Refer to: Air cleaner housing, B6304T4 Service and Repair
- battery Refer to: Battery, B6304T4, B6324S5, B6324S4 Removal and Replacement





Note! Do not loosen the bolts more than 2 turns.

Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Loosen aux. unit belt Refer to: Accessory Drive Belt, B6304T4 Service and Repair




Torque: M6, 10 Nm









Note! Use suitable paper to absorb any escaping fluid.

Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
