Remove the wiper arm Refer to: Wiper arm Service and Repair

Remove the wiper mechanism, windscreen Refer to: Wiper mechanism, windshield, L.H.D Service and Repair




Torque: M6, 10 Nm




Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Perform draining refrigerant, vacuum pumping, and filling Refer to: Draining refrigerant, vacuum-pumping, and filling Draining Refrigerant, Vacuum-Pumping, And Filling

Perform cooling system draining, charging and bleeding Refer to: Cooling system - draining, charging and bleeding, B6304T4 Service and Repair

Remove the expansion valve Refer to: Expansion valve Service and Repair





Remove the dashboard Refer to: Dashboard Dashboard












Torque: M8, 24 Nm




Torque: M6, 10 Nm





Note! Make sure that new components are installed.

Torque: steering column to steering gear (steering shaft joint), 25 Nm








Torque: M8, 24 Nm




Torque: M10, 50 Nm





Remove the following items:
1. Torque: M6, 10 Nm

2. Torque: M8, 24 Nm









Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
