Checking USB compatibility

Reading off diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)
The Integrated Audio Module (IAM) is compatible with USB 2.0 Mass Storage Device in FAT32 format.
If the customer cannot read the USB memory, a check procedure can be run to establish the causes of the fault.
- Connect the USB test device (Software Download Media Device) to the USB port in the centre armrest support.
- Click on the VCT2000 symbol.
- Read out the diagnostic trouble codes in the vehicle
- Check to see if DTC IAM-B125209 is stored.

No - Fault-tracing

Note! Replacing the Integrated Audio Module (IAM) does not solve the problem.
