Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information
Condition
The Driver/Passenger door module (DDM/PDM) checks its own system voltage by comparing it with the system voltage in the Central electronic module (CEM).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The system voltage in the driver's door/passenger door (DDM/PDM) control module is at least 2 V lower than in the Central electronic module (CEM).
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Control module supplied with power.
Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
Substitute value
- None.
Possible source
- Short-circuit to ground in the power supply cable.
- Moisture and/or oxidation in terminals.
- Supply voltage too low.
