Checking USB connection
- Connect the USB test device (Software Download Media Device) to the USB port in the centre armrest support.
- Click on the VCT2000 symbol.
- Read out the diagnostic trouble codes in the vehicle
- Check to see if DTC IAM-B125209 is stored.





Has the DTC been generated?

Yes - Checking USB connection

No - Checking USB connection

Checking USB connection
- Check that the USB memory is compatible with the integrated audio module (IAM).
The Integrated Audio Module (IAM) is compatible with USB 2.0 Mass Storage Device in FAT32 format.

Note! Replacing the Integrated Audio Module (IAM) does not solve the problem.
