Troubleshooting information
The roof-mounted system for rear seat entertainment (RSE) does not include any diagnostic functions and is not connected to the vehicle's CAN-net.
This means, e.g., that no diagnostic trouble codes can be read out from the unit. All troubleshooting must take place using symptom troubleshooting.
The following is troubleshooting information that may facilitate when troubleshooting in the system.
