Remove the right drive shaft

Loosen front propeller shaft joint Refer to: Propeller shaft, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD Propeller Shaft Propeller shaft, B6324S5, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S4, TF-80SC AWD Propeller Shaft




Torque: M10, 50 Nm




















Torque: Bevel gear to transmission, 75 Nm









Note! This step is only necessary when installing a new component.

Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Installation





Use: Splines grease, 1161748

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Fill with oil Refer to: Oil level bevel gear, checking, TF-80SC AWD Procedures
