DESCRIPTION:
During colder climate conditions, customers may experience other functionality of the lock system then expected:

- Not possible to unlock/lock the car by remote control.

- DIM message is indicating that one of the doors is open although all doors are closed.

- Interior light stays on although all doors are closed.

Water ingress into the cam lever for the Ajar switch of the latch, may influence the operation in cold weather conditions.

SERVICE:
Attached service method has been updated with vehicle type information.

Locate the affected lock signal detection 'door open' in the DIM (Drivers Information Module), while the door is physically closed. Follow instructions of the attached service instruction.
